This is the music sharing blog of gekomerhalo.
Please read before asking any questions:
1. I adore all genres of music, but my tastes tend to run towards electronic, trip-hop, and acid jazz. I have a penchant for techno, underground hip-hop, and classical. Every once in a while you’ll get me spazzing about some k-pop or j-pop because I’m a fangirl and proud of it. And YES I AM A GIRL. Don’t leave comments like “cool site man” or “thanks for the links bro“. It gets annoying o_O.
2. Since you’re obviously not buying the artists albums, support them by spreading the word and getting their music out there.
3. Suggestions are love.
4. If you leave a comment, it better not say something like “whats the password…” or “blah blah is password protected”… why? BECAUSE I DO NOT UPLOAD MY OWN FILES. I SIMPLY FIND FILES THAT ARE ALREADY HOSTED ON THE INTERNET. I RARELY (IF EVER) UPLOAD THEM MYSELF. SO SUCK IT.
5. If you happen to notice that any of my links are bad please leave a comment on the post in question, not this page and/or the requests page.
6. Please refrain from posting links to TWM on social networking sites like Facebook, Myspace, Twitter, etc. (Blogging sites like Tumblr, wordpress, blogger, livejournal, etc. are fine.)
7. Any bad links on posts more than two weeks old will NOT be updated.
8. Since so many people get their panties in a bunch over links that are password protected, heres a quick ‘how to’ on finding downloads:
- go to google and type in site:www.whatever.com artist/album/song etc.
- example: site:www.mediafire.com bob marley
- sites I use: mediafire, megaupload, 4shared
if you still haven’t been able to find what you’re looking for, I suggest you then:
- go to google and type in artist/album/song/etc. rapidshare
- look for the link that says rapidlibrary, it has a huge collection of rapidshare files.
- after rapidlibrary, check filestube
- some other sites to try: letitbit, zShare, uvrx, storage.to, internet archive
last but not least, if you’re really desperate, go to google images and type in the album you’re looking for. Look for an image hosted by a blogging site and check to see if they have a download link on the page.
if you still haven’t found the end of the rainbow, that sucks 8)
